Casey was phenomenal to work with, honest, great integrity, and made the usually terrible experience fantastic. His professionalism coupled with his straight-forwardness in providing the base information on his invoice/costs was something no other institutional or independent broker would ever provide. I have to say overall it was actually a fun experience. He honored all agreements, and allowed me to take the auto for review by my mechanic and made sure all noted adjustments and work were completed. Ask for Casey - you will be treated extremely well (way better than at the dealerships), and I do not wish to forget to mention that their inventory is stellar with all very high-end Porches, Mercedes, Maserati's, Land Rovers, and much more.

Saw a Toyota Tacoma online for a good price. Called and spoke with Casey (Manager) set up appointment to test drive the truck. Came in and Casey flipped me the keys and let me take it by myself. Truck was in good shape with just a minor scratch. Casey showed me their inspection report on the truck. All the services were just done. Even though the truck was already advertised at a great price Casey asked me if I had AAA to get me a better deal! What sales guy tries to get you a lower price?? Anyways so we made a deal in a matter of minutes. By the time I went to the bank to get a bank check Casey had all the paperwork done upon my arrival. Everything was signed in about 3 minutes! I bought my last Toyota at Manhattan Beach Dealer and it took 4 hours to get everything done. These guys are pros. Best buying experience ever! Thanks guys

I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Caseys's Cars. I found it shopping online through Carguru and contacted Casey's Cars on it. Kevin answered the phone and helped me. He answered my questions and, the question he couldn't answer, he asked his manager about it. He took great care of me. I will buy a BMW maybe next year once my Honda lease is up. I will go with Casey's Cars. I'm a salesperson myself and I found them to be a great dealership. No hassles, no negativity, just helpful and fun. I recommend this dealership. Five stars. Two thumbs up!

i'm not a gambler, but i fell like one whenever I buy a used car. After searching for a few weeks, I found a used BMW convertible in good condition on Casey's website. Another person had seen the same webpage and we both showed up at the dealership at the same time. She mentioned she had contacted the dealership the night before, so I let her have the first shot at it. For some reason, she didn't take the car, but she gave me a thumbs up after driving it. I purchased the car based on her drive, and had Casey do some routine replacements of specific parts I wanted changed. Casey's kept the car for a few days, changed the parts, and gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime. When i came back to get the car, Casey's refused to charge me for the most expensive part (said it was part of the deal) and gave me a deep discount on the other parts i asked them to change. I was expecting a big bill and walked away with a tiny bill and an amazing car. I will be back.

Check out my full review on Yelp. Purchased car sight unseen from NJ. Had BMW dealer check it out which Casey made very easy. Price was unbelievably low, car IS in amazing shape, Casey made entire process very easy. I forgot to deduct $500 from final payment due to initial deposit. They immediately refunded me without question once they confirmed it (same day). Arranged for the lowest fare shipping across country and entire process from start to finish they had patience, professionalism, and honesty. Truthfully I cant imagine any of the slander I have read in ANY Yelp review having any validity. Truly stand up guys and I would highly recommend them as well as call them for my next car.
